Encouragment, Inspiration, and Relaxation

"Beside You"
Child I am near,
altho I dwell above.
I watch with compassion,
and feel with purest love.
I count your every tear drop,
and keep them stored by me.
You'll find I am concerned,
when from you rest should flee.
And when you think I've left you,
it's then that I'm close by.
I know your troubled heartache,
I hear you when you sigh.
When storms of doubt asail you,
stand strong by faith in me.
And when this life is over,
you'll look back and see.
The times that I was near,
altho you couldn't tell.
The times that I watched or' you,
tho' it seems you should have fell.
So listen and take courage,
rejoice for I am near.
Soon t'will all be over,
and I'll dry every tear.
Just dream about the glory,
that soon will all be yours.
have faith, be strong, take courage,
you'll soon walk heaven's shores.
There's only one more minute,
then the race is through.
And you'll be here beside me,
happy and made a new.

The poem tells how our Savior is alway there in times of good and times of bad. He is ever beside us even when we can not see Him or feel Him. All we have to do is cry out and He will listen and provide comfort.
There have been many trials and temptations; errors and failures that my husband and I have made during our walk with God. However, He has never forsaken us. I would be more than happy to tell you some and share with you God's love for you. Please feel free to email me at the email addy below.

|
"SHIP OF MY HEART"
This heart of mine,
is like a ship.
Sailing in time,
on a one way trip.
I ravage not,
some distant shore.
Where men have fought.
God knows what for.
I seek not gold,
to steal and take.
But for some soul,
in sin to shake.
To show the wrong,
of deeds now past.
To give the light,
of God's own task.
I am a stranger,
in an enemy's sea.
And its my nature,
my God to please.
I care not how,
His spirit leads.
I only seek,
His will to please.
